The Role
As an STMS, you'll play a key role in running TTM crews and ensuring safety on road work sites. This position offers variety:

Managing safety on urban upgrades or rural road networks.
Working on the busy main state highways or supporting local events.
Collaborating with key stakeholders.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Traffic management is a 24/7 industry, so availability for rostered weekend or night work is essential.

What We’re Looking For

Practical experience in traffic management (STMS Practising)
Commitment to safety and high-quality work standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A valid driver’s licence (Full Class 1 required).
